The Silo Hotel brings a new dimension to dining in the city with our exclusive, glass-fronted private dining room which can comfortably host up to 22 guests. The Wisdom Room was named after the last ship to ever take a cargo of Silo grain to Europe – the MV Anangel Wisdom in 1995.
Please note that a surcharge applies to dietary requirements due to the sourcing of specialised ingredients. Certified Kosher and Halaal meals are available and can be pre-ordered from our trusted suppliers, with at least 48 hours prior notice.
