The property sleeps eight adults in four en-suite bedrooms, with glass doors opening to a lush garden and a large outdoor entertainment area. As the name suggests, Voëlklip House is a four-storey private beach villa overlooking Voëlklip Beach – a beautiful beach in Hermanus known for swimming, surfing and whale watching. There are multiple outdoor patios from which to enjoy the sea views, with the rooftop terrace being a great gathering space for sunrises and sunsets.
Standing out starkly against blue Hermanus skies, White House sleeps 12 adults and offers airy, spacious interiors, multiple living areas, and a large wooden pool deck. The property’s prime location puts you just steps from Voëlklip Beach and Kamma Baai, with easy accessibility to Birkenhead House.

Light House is the newest addition to this portfolio – a minimalist home that maximises natural light through open-plan areas. There are five en-suite bedrooms (one on the ground floor and four on the first floor), each with a private terrace or balcony and en-suite bathrooms.

Four en-suite bedrooms and a children’s room (sleeping four) make it a fun family seaside escape. There is direct access to Hermanus’s cliff walk and it’s just a five-minute stroll into town for pizzas and ice cream.
Taking inspiration from the surrounding landscape, Fernkloof House is a five-bedroom home with beautiful mountain views. Built around a central pool courtyard in a secure estate opposite Hermanus Golf Course, this stylish residence provides a serene alternative to oceanfront living.
